Refund and Returns Policy

For TRIO-FIT, it is a rare incident when consumers do not receive their items undamaged. However, there may be cases when we run short of your expectations because situations are outside our control. However, a relationship of trust has now been established between customers and TRIO-FIT. Accordingly, SARKERS.XYZ offers you the option to return any products you receive (if the item is defective or was manufactured incorrectly). In that scenario, you will receive new items from TRIO-FIT.

If your order isn’t what you expected for whatever reason, you can return it as long as it fits the following requirements:

  1. After the delivery date, it is within 03 days.
  2. Any things that are exchanged or returned must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags still on, and not have been tampered with or broken.
  3. The free promotional item, if it was included with the item, needs to be returned as well.
  4. Refunds and product replacements are subject to the TRIO-FIT team’s inspection and verification.
  5. Replacement is dependent on the supplier’s stock availability. You will get a complete refund without asking any questions if the product is out of stock.
  6. Please be aware that the shipping and Cash on Delivery convenience fees are non-refundable and will not be deducted from the refund amount of your item.

 

Reasons for returns & replacement

  • The product is handled incorrectly, faulty or not what was described.
  • Mismatch in clothing sizes. It should be noted that this policy will only come into effect if we give you clothing that is not the correct size as stated on the invoice. If the dimensions of the delivered item and the invoice match, we won’t consider a refund at all.
  • Mismatch in cloths color.
  • Clothes with the wrong print. (wrong design, Incorrect design placement, mismatched front and back designs)
  • Incorrect goods were supplied.

Way to Return: 

Within three days of receiving your order, send an email to [email protected] to get in touch with TRIO-FIT Customer Care staff.

After we pick up or receive your return, we will inspect the item for quality on our end. If the return is valid, we will either replace the product with a new one or process a refund for you.

Refund Conditions

  • The refund will be processed after TRIO-FIT team’s inspection and evaluating your return.
  • Replacement is dependent on the supplier’s stock availability. You will get a complete refund without asking any questions if the product is out of stock.
  • Please be aware that the shipping and Cash on Delivery convenience fees are non-refundable and will not be deducted from the refund amount of your item.
  • Since you haven’t paid for your order, there is no money to be refunded if you chose Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • You will get a refund in your respective method for payments made with a credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or mobile banking service.
  • A payment refund will be issued if an online payment is made twice as a result of a technical issue.
  • A refund will be issued to you within 7–10 business days. Contact if you haven’t received your refund by this time, and we’ll look into it.
