A Jersey That Speaks Without Saying Much: Trio-Fit x UCR Summer 10k 2026
By Trio-Fit Design Team
Minimalism. Meaning. Movement.
When UCR — one of Bangladesh’s most respected marathon organizers — approached us to design the finisher jersey for their UCR Summer 10k Run 2026, Edition 4, we knew this couldn’t be just another race t-shirt.
The instruction from UCR Founder Mohammad Masum was clear, bold, and surprisingly simple:
“We need a minimal design. Just one simple motivational sentence: ‘Run With Determination’.”
That was the brief. The rest, we built with heart.
The Canvas: Pure White, Pure Intent
We started with a white round-neck t-shirt. White represents a fresh start, a clean finish line, and the honesty of a runner who leaves nothing behind. No distractions. No clutter. Just the runner and the road.
But white alone felt incomplete. It needed soul.
The Cultural Signature: Rickshaw Paint in Grey
Rickshaw paint is deeply iconic in Bangladeshi culture. Those hand-painted reds, greens, yellows, and blues on every rickshaw hood tell stories of heritage, struggle, and celebration.
However, our brief demanded minimalism.
So we did something unexpected: we took rickshaw paint and muted it. We applied it across the entire body of the shirt in grey color with 50% transparency. The result is poetic — the paint is clearly present, but it whispers instead of shouting. It respects the runner while honoring the streets they run through.
From a distance, the shirt looks clean and white. Up close, you see the texture of Dhaka itself — faded rickshaw art, like memories of a thousand journeys.
Front: Just Four Words
On the chest, we placed nothing but “Run With Determination” in vibrant orange.
Orange is fire. Orange is the summer sun over Hatirjheel at 6 AM. Orange is the color of grit when your legs beg you to stop. The typography is clean, bold, and unapologetic. No logos competing for attention. No extra graphics. Just the mantra that carried every finisher through kilometers of heat and humidity.
Back: The UCR Signature
On the back, we added only one element: the UCR logo — also in orange.
Symmetrical. Balanced. The front speaks to the runner. The back represents the community that organized the journey. Together, they form a complete story.
No sponsors crowding the shoulders. No overwhelming brand blocks. Just UCR and the runner.

The Event: UCR Summer 10k 2026 – Edition 4
Date: 8 May 2026
Venue: Hatirjheel, Dhaka
Hundreds of runners will gather at one of Dhaka’s most iconic running locations. The sun will rise. The flag will drop. And when each finisher crosses that line, they will receive not a cotton afterthought — but a jersey designed with intention, culture, and respect.
A Word From Mohammad Masum (UCR Founder)
“We didn’t want a shirt full of logos and noise. Runners work too hard to be treated like walking billboards. Trio-Fit understood exactly what we meant. The grey rickshaw paint is subtle but deeply Bangladeshi. The orange text is alive. This is our best finisher jersey yet.”
From Trio-Fit: Designed for the Finisher
At Trio-Fit, we believe a finisher jersey should do three things:
Celebrate the achievement without screaming
Connect the runner to their culture
Feel as good as the finish line
This jersey does all three. The grey rickshaw paint keeps Bangladesh on your shoulders. The orange words keep determination in your chest. And the white canvas keeps you looking like the champion you are.
Final Thoughts
You don’t need a hundred colors or a thousand logos to honor a finisher.
Sometimes, you just need four words, one cultural icon treated with restraint, and the trust of an organizer like UCR.
To every runner crossing that finish line at Hatirjheel on 8 May 2026:
This jersey is yours. Wear it with determination. Wear it with pride. Wear it like you earned every kilometer.
